Re-circulated & cooling vertical type roots blower, is invented by Kingood, and it is the first vertical blower in the world. The model exclusively has the feature of Re-circulated and cooling skill, which can let fresh cold air flow into its inner body to dissipate the heat from bearing efficiently.

Comparsion: Other manufactures drill a hole to its model for dissipation; not completely air-tight design so that the noise would be risen.

Features

Saving space

The motor is vertically connected with the blower. Inlet and outlet silencer are installed as vertical way.

Cooling heat by re-circulated air

Exclusive air-tight Re-circulated and cooling device to cool down the heat of bearing.

Avoid reverse rotation device

If the user joins the wrong wire and cause the motor runs reversely, this device protect the blower from damaging.

Small Vibration

Running smaller than 15μm engine vibration.
(A core can be placed erectly without tumbling.)

Tiny rotor gaps

Kingood rotors are processed by CNC planer machine.Rotor gap is extremely tiny like a hair.

Free to replace belts for good

Blower uses coupling instead of belt to drive. No need to replace belts for good.

Vibration proof feet

To make sure the blower stable by adjusting the vibration proof feet
