KINGOOD Roots Blower does not require lubrication in the internal compression chamber, eliminating from pollution to chamber, and contamination to the conveying medium. Hence, it can be used on very delicate jobs such as transportation of clean air, water aeration, power conveying ,dehumidifying, and mixing , etc.

Unique Design with Quality Components

Appropriate clearance between the rotors in the main casing : ensure no direct collision of rotors during operation. KINGOOD Roots Blower is no need to lubricate the main casing, the only parts which require easily lubrication are the synchronous drive system of gears and the shaft bearings. The main chamber room of rotors is with lateral cover, which ensures no leakage of lubricate immerging the main casing, to gain oil and dust-free flow .

Computerized CNC machines are used to produce all components, and the specifications of blower are designed to be standard size to save the time of maintenance and replacement.

Low Noise & Minimal Vibration

We have been studying decades to ensure our blowers with the low noise and minimal vibration. Nowadays, the new series of our roots blower is with a best accuracy of rotors' position, which makes smoothly rotation, so the noise and vibration can be well controlled. Besides, our mini type roots blower is even free to install the outlet silencer.
