SUBMERSIBLE BLOWER INSTALLATION
KEY POINTS OF INSTALLATION
●To install a blower, use a cable or a chain to drop it down to the bottom of the tank. (There is no need to use fixing bolts afterwards.)
●After installation, do not tighten the cable. just leave it for next time pulling up.
●Use a fixing skeleton to prevent inlet and outlet silencers from loosening.
●For the coming repair, users can set up a hanger system.
●When the blower begins to operate, open the safety valve to the full, and then adjust it to the actual pressure position.
Cautions In Installation
1. In order to confirm actions and make adjustment, please install the blower in a place convenient for checking and repairs. When the user stops running the blower, to prevent adverse flow, adding a check valve at a position higher than the water level near the aeration tank.。
2.If sludge and dust might accumulate, heighten the blower`s base. If sludge accumulates around the motor or blower, it will be difficult for the motor to radiate heat. This might lead to a breakdown or a burn out to the machine. In this case, install a pipeline(shown as pic 1) to stir water around the blower so that sludge will not stick to the body of the machine.
Cautions In Inlet Silencer
1.The inlet silencer should be placed erectly and installed outdoors to avoid suctioning the moisture from the tank to the blower. (as shown in drawing 2)
2.The inlet silencer should be installed at least 1m above the ground in a space that users can be easily cleaned dust from the filter inside the inlet silencer.
3.If there is an alternative blower that stops running, please make sure to turn it on at least 30 minutes weekly. If it is stored in a damp place, please turn it on 30 mins daily.
DEMONSTRATE PICS

Place the flat level
Please place the submersible blower on the horizontal level,
Do not put obliquely.

Look into horizontal angle
Measure the horizontal angle;
do not incline too much.

Outlet adjuster
Please install above water to adjust easily.

Inlet silencer
To install the main blower
under water; only inlet silencer is on land
to achieve silent status.
